Mythic Market Faire, Pop-up Shops and Healing Room Info


In the past Mythic Treasures held monthly faires that were free to vendors and readers. It was also free to the public. This was done to give local practitioners the opportunity to connect with the community. We haven’t been able to hold the faires since we moved out of Village Gate. Our new store in Henrietta is large enough to hold smaller faires so we decided to start them up again. We have space for about 20 readers & vendors. There are many people interested so we will be rotating through the list of those that signed up to give everyone a chance.


The faire is currently held once a month on every second Saturday. There may be changes to the date down the road and there is also the possibility that we may do additional specialized faires. The hours are 1 pm to 7 pm. We provide tables and chairs. Most of the vendor tables are 6’. The reader tables are 4'. If you have special requirements regarding the tables let us know. Also we assign the table locations to be fair. Our back room has recently been enlarged to give everyone more space.


How to sign up: Email MythicTreasuresEvents@gmail.com and ask to be put on the list for the faires. Include: Your name, business name if applicable, email address (required), phone, and a short description of what services you provide. I.e. oracle reader, sells stone jewelry, sells body products, tarot reader, numerology readings, etc. Also include any special accomodations you will need. I will place you on the list and email you back to confirm. I will be doing all communication via email.


Fees: We do not set your fees. It is hoped that since this is a free event that you will keep your fees reasonable.


Rules: You must stay for the full duration of the faire. (excluding emergencies) We expect all participants to behave in a professional manner and not cause any disruptions, inappropriate displays, excess use of foul language, etc. We expect you to be civil. Failure to do so could result in you being removed from the list for future events. Problems with customers should be referred to the store manager if you are unable to handle them. You are responsible for accepting payments. Mythic Treasures will not take credit cards for you. You may bring your own table covers and displays.


Notification of Faire availability: We will check availability by first emailing those who did not attend a past faire. They will have 5 days to respond. After that we will email others for availability depending on the last date of the faire they attended. Please confirm your interest. If for any reason you can’t attend or need to reschedule let us know via email. Vendors who do not respond one way or the other may get removed from the list.

Mythic Treasures Pop Up Shop Info (does not include readers)


We offer local vendors the opportunity to sell their products in our store at a free pop up shop that is in the front of our store in Henrietta. There are about 3 vendor pop-up shops available. We have a 6’ table and chair. You will be responsible for sales, sales tax, etc. Mythic Treasures will not be able to take any credit card purchases for you.


To reserve a pop up shop go to our website MythicTreasures.com and click on the event tab. Check the calendar for the dates you would like. Pop-up shops are available whenever the store is open, except for Faire day, the second Saturday of the month. Email us or Click on the submit an event button and fill in the required info. Make sure that your email is included and a description of what you will sell. and what days you would like. I will send you a confirming email or let you know if there is a problem.


Rules: You must show up for the date and hours selected or let us know ahead of time of any changes. (emergencies excluded) We expect vendors to act professionally, and not to be disruptive. Failure to do so can result in pop up shops no longer being available to you.



Mythic Treasures Pop Up Shop Info for READERS)


Currently there are no openings for in-store readers. However if you have clients and need a room to read in we do have one available. Email and I will confirm that the area is available. The store charges a $5 fee for every reading that you do.

Mythic Treasures Healing Room


There is a healing room available for rent, which includes a massage table. You must bring your own linens. Email Mythictreasuresevents@gmail.com for availability. There is a $5 fee for each healing. If you would like to see the room stop in and we will show it to you.



Mythic Treasures Classroom/Workshops


There is a large classroom that can hold about 40 people for classrooms and/or workshops. Email mythictreasuresevents@gmail.com or call the store. Tell us what you would need to do in the room and what dates you are looking to schedule it for. You can check the Mythic Treasures website events tab for possible date availability or stop in the store to check it out. Table and chairs are available. If it is a free event there is no charge. If you charge a fee there is a one fee of $10 for the class.
